It is now 2017 and I want to wish you a happy and healthy new year. May you find the path to your goals, the fulfillment in your relationships, and happiness in your life!
So what’s going on!?
I haven’t given up on the blog! I’ve been on a one year adventure with my husband. Wait, what!?
Yep! I left my job, we sold our furniture, and we rented out our place. After months of planning, left Los Angeles on a two-month roadtrip across the United States. We are now in Vietnam(!!!) on month six of our travels.
In our year of travel, we are covering the United States, Canada, East and West Europe, India, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand. We’ve actually already covered the US, Canada (a little), western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and some of southeast Asia. Crazy? Perhaps. But after surviving major depression and the near collapse of my marriage, I am unafraid. Priorities have changed and there is little that scares me. Going on this adventure makes sense for us, and we’ve turned the lowest point in our lives into a silver lining. Now we are stronger and more capable than we ever thought possible.
Because of this, I haven’t written here in months! But I am still working. I promise!
Many of you have mentioned that you struggle with confidence. That’s something many people (myself included) have in common, whether highly sensitive or not, and so I’m taking on the challenge to write about it. It’s such a huge subject that I’ll probably break it down into several posts. I’m no expert but it’s something I’ve been working on a lot through the years.
For now, check out some of my previous topics. I’m always adding and updating as I learn and experience new things.
